Infinity Magnets Return & Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made using your personal photos, orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the affected item at no additional cost.
